Refund Policy – The Posture Gear

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: If your return is approved, you must arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Failure to cover return shipping will result in the return being denied.

To ensure proper tracking of your return, you must choose a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

We will provide instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will proceed with processing your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at help@theposturegear.com.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at help@theposturegear.com.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos showing the damage

  • A short video (if applicable)

  • Your order number

If confirmed defective, we will send a replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Refund Policy Clarification

Once the package has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility shifts to the recipient or the carrier.
Any issues, including theft or damage after successful delivery, will not be the responsibility of The Posture Gear.
